Individuals will be paired with roommates by the retreat team. You may list any preferred roommates of the same gender. We will do our best to accommodate your roommate request, but please note that we cannot guarantee them.

Tip: You may want to encourage your preferred roommate to choose the same room type as you. If that room type is no longer available, you may choose the closest option and make a note of what you had intended in the Special Housing Requests section below. 

If you select a 3-4 person, private bath room, please be aware you may need to share a double/queen bed with someone of the same gender or sleep on a cot.

Families with children please start by registering for a 3-4 person, private bath room. When those are full (they will disappear), please register for a 2 person, private bath room. There is an option to purchase an extra room if that would be more comfortable.

Special Housing Requests (Feel free to write once per family/group)

If you have any requests or needs for your room or family, please write them here. Would you like to be in a specific building? Do you need a crib or cot? 

The registration coordinators will do their best to accommodate you and will be in touch by email if needed.  

Your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Saturday and breakfast and lunch for Sunday will be included. 

If you plan on arriving by 6:00pm on Friday, you can purchase tickets to eat dinner at Capon Springs (Optional). Note: There are no refunds.

If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please list them below and let your server know at each meal.

Sunday Departure

It takes the whole family of God to pull off an event! At Grace Downtown, we have an "every member ministry" approach, acknowledging that we all have gifts of time, talent, and treasure that were God-given to be used as an integral part of building his Kingdom (1 Peter 4:10). 

We're asking everyone to serve in at least one way. If many roles are already filled, fewer options will appear below. Please check all the items you would be interested in helping with, so we can place you based on availability. 

Note: Because there are different people coordinating various parts of the retreat, you may be contacted about serving in a few of the ways you listed as possibilities. As you consider your capacity to serve, if you agree to one or two, you may choose to decline additional requests. As a note, we often have plenty of people who already bring baked goods/snacks!

Please write how many total people (including children) are in your group. Be sure to click "Add another registrant" at the bottom of this page to fill out a form for each one. It is okay to write the same number on each form. That confirms it, rather than adds to it.

PHOTO USE CONSENT: Grace Downtown often captures photos of the Fall Retreat experience for the memories and for promotion of future events. Do you consent to staff using photos you/your family appear in for these purposes?

CANCELLATIONS: Registration includes a non-refundable $50 deposit per adult. Cancellations before October 30 will be refunded minus the deposit. No refunds will be given after October 30.

VISITORS: I understand that all GDT Fall Retreat attenders visiting Capon Springs must register here in advance in order to join for any and all portions of the weekend's retreat.

If you would like to contribute to the Fall Retreat Scholarship Fund in the hope that everyone who wants to come is able, you may do so here. All donations are tax-deductible.

We desire for everyone to be able to join us on the retreat. If paying the full registration fee presents a significant financial challenge for you, we ask you to consider contributing at least 50% per attendee. To do so, in the payment section below, you may use the Discount Code: HALF

If additional financial support beyond 50% off is needed, in the payment section below you may use the Discount Code: FOLLOWUP. You won't be required to pay at this time, and a staff member will reach out to you.
